Bought these ICEtrekkers Diamond Grip as insurance for icy weather. Not had to use them yet. Four stars is based on the design and quality. They certainly look the part. They are replacing similar rubber grips that just had metal spikes, rivetted to the rubber, under the ball of the foot. As you normally walk heel-toe, they instilled a false sense of security as you tended to slip whilst placing your heal! The ICEtrekkers Diamond Grips look far more up to the job. Not too impressed with the difficulty in fitting them, especially in situations where you may have to keep removing them for different surfaces. Probably a small price to pay to prevent broken bones.

Service was very quick, my item arrived within a couple of days of my order.

I bought Medium (size 41 to 43) for my 41 boots. I had a fierce struggle to get them on the boots and it was almost as hard to get them off! The paperwork says to put the cleats on once wearing the boots but that is impossible. I think they would be brilliant but I need to be able to put cleats on and off easily as I move about on different surfaces throughout the day. I will enquire about returning them.

the reason I've given 3 stars is because having only just purchased the product, I have no idea how effective they are in practice. They were bigger than I expected. One thing I would say is thank you to everyone, for the excellent customer service

I rated 3 stars because I haven’t needed to use them yet. I did have difficulty fitting them onto my boots and decided to return them but tried again on another pair of boots with success. Still don’t know, however, how effective they are in icy conditions. Ordered them because of previous disastrous falls (broken bones etc) on icy pavements. Hope these will prevent that in future!!
