Bought these spikes for winter runs and very satisfied. They are well made and look like they’ll last many winters. I ordered size S for my 39.5 ASICS trainers, they are tight to get on but not difficult so long as shoes and spikes are warm. I wouldn’t advise trying to put them on in freezing conditions with cold hands. It’s worth taking the time to position them comfortably on your trainers so you don’t run unevenly. Yesterday conditions were 1 degree 2” snow and slush they worked well, no slipping and they stayed on well without slipping. Today conditions were -5 and frozen snow and ice, again they worked well and I felt completely safe running on icy tracks including inclines. Part of my route was along pavement, obviously it’s a little noisy on cleared pavements but not difficult to run. Very satisfied with the product and the customer service which is second to none. Very easy to contact both by email and by phone.
