Although I used the size chart and my regular size is XS, the Ribbed Define Seamless Sports Bra Smokey Blue was far too tight. The trousers I ordered in XS fit well, though. I ordered two because I bought them on sale a month and a half ago, and wanted to exchange them for size S. I have sent an email to customer service 3 times already,.... but it seems like they are not helping me. In the meantime, I have also received a mail 3 times to review the Sports Bra so that I can get a discount. I did not do this at first, but now I am starting to get quite irritated. My size that I want is in stock (no longer in sale price), but my suspicion is that they just don't send me the new size and wait until it is out of stock or out of the collection. I think it is unfair and very bad customer service. Why don't they handle this properly? I hope I will still be taken seriously.

Slechte service, duurt erg lang voor bericht terug en ook steeds wat anders sturen dan mijn vraag wat er duidelijk in staat.
