Still have not received my order
I placed my order on November 29. Today is December 18 and I still have not received my order. I have called FedEx repeatedly. They continue to tell me that it will be delivered the next day. I have called Hyperice, and emailed your customer support. I haven’t received any help yet. I am really hoping I don’t have to do a chargeback on my credit card, but at this point, if no one at Hyperice takes action to fix this, that’s what I’m going to have to do.
