After owning a a 3 leg Normatec with boot and hip attachments for several months, I can honestly say that my purchase is exactly what I need. MY review is more about customer service than product performance. Prior to purchase, I reviewed he product in the testimonial and opinions online and YouTube reviews. So when I spoke to a Hyperice rep, I had a few questions with the answers needed to make a purchase. Everyone I have spoken to, txt, and emailed over the last few months has been friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I had a problem and they responded with a solution quickly and efficiently. I couldn't praise the customer service any higher!
