This product has changed my life in so many different ways. My legs swell up so much every single day. I have a medical problem where my veins in legs are too small so circulation is an issue. That's exactly what this helps me with. By the end of 15 to 30 minute session, my legs have shrunk back to normal size. It is such an amazing purchase and I fully recommend for anyone with even just sore legs after the gym to just try it. It's a game changer and once you try it, you can't live without it. I bought the leg and hip compression system for my high school athlete. She uses them daily after practice. They are versatile enough that any of us can use them. Motor is quiet. Came professionally packaged. I used my HSA to pay for it, so it didn’t affect the budget. I wish it included the backpack as well, as we just store them in a cardboard box on the floor
