Best customer service experience I've

Best customer service experience I've ever had with any seller, hands down. I had a minor issue with a component initially and Chris immediately offered to send me a replacement free of charge. Since I wanted to begin using the machine ASAP, I offered to pay for expedited shipping at my own expense but he wouldn't accept my money and shipped the part via UPS Next Day Air anyway. We are thrilled with the entire experience. Thank you Personal Pitcher!
