Responsive, patient and professional. Often know more about the gear than the manufacturers' CS.

High Point Scientific has very knowelagable and courteous sales and tech people from pre-purchase information to sales and well beyond into tech support. They have a very quick turnaround time on questions asked and are ahead of the competition! One reason I use HPS for 90% of my purchases and only others when the item isn't available and I have to have it now. That being said I have to say that on some items I've let the item sit on back order for some time letting HPS fill the order! Great staff, great products and customer service!

I ordered on a Friday and received it on Monday. I live 90min drive from High Points NJ facility but item was shipped from Arizona , nice job!
