Although shipping was by USPS, communication and tracking wete good and my eye lens arrived one day earlier than expected.

Received on time and great shopping experience however FedEx rather mangled the box on one of the ends that fortunately had the weights in it but there was no damage or missing parts.

backorder shipped in timely manner, thanks for the help in choosing the correct model.

Shipping and service is always outstanding

Had one issue with shipping one of the weight boxes arrived empty. Highpoint had a replacement sent out the next day.
