First experience with High Point. Purchased ZWO ASI294MC Pro, SCT adapter, Canon lens adapter, and power cord for camera. Had questions pre-purchase and High Point answered quickly and with photos. Had a technical issue post-purchase and again, High Point staff responded quickly and sent yet another photo--once tested, everything worked very well (there was no issue with quality of equipment, it was 100% user error that they helped me with).

Good selection and pricing. I had very helpful technical discussions with the staff before ordering. Customer service is very responsive and helped me multiple times with making sure backordered items didn't ship while I was out of town.
