High Point Scientific

I've been dealing with High Point Scientific for a few months now. I'm a novice at astrophotography and deep space photography. I think the greatest thing is how well they handle things when they don't go quite right. I had ordered some dust plugs and barrel caps but the accidentally sent the wrong size. They replaced them within two days and didn't require the other back.... that's a small thing but shows they care about the details. I had ordered the Apertura All Night Imaging Power Supply - 518Wh Lithium. When they sent it, came back to them due to labelling of the shipment. They immediately turned it around and sent it expedited. I got it the same day I was originally expecting it. Since I am a novice, I ask pretty basic questions. They take the time to provide detailed responses and educate me on this very exciting hobby. I am SO please I found them and will continue to use them for all my needs as I learn more.

No issues with the delivery and the site is easy to use.

The NexStar 6se came and was well packaged and easy to assemble the telescope.
