It was very difficult to reach your customer care phone number. No information was provided about when the bike would be delivered. I had to make many phone calls, emails and whatsapp messages to get the details.

The original product is nice but the delivery service is pathetic and is also delayed . The technician that came for assembling the bicycle don't have basic knowledge about the products and also assembled it wrong...

not value for money. frustrated and nothing to write

Taking too long to deliver and tracking options are not there rest are all ok

Fantastic bike, but cant say the same about customer support. No one picked up my calls, e-mails to customer support went unanswered. Will give 5 stars for the bike, its design, and the quality of materials used. Just 1 or 2 stars for online customer support.
