Living in Australia one could not select a different rainfly and just pay the difference. This was at the time when I purchased my Deep Jungle, I trust by now the sight accommodates this facility now. However when I contacted Hennessey hammocks I initially got a very prompt reply from James Hennessey. When I contacted Hennessey Hammocks again when I was having the issue with selecting a different rainfly and paying the difference, I had stirling service once again even though I was not even a client at this stage. With out a doubt the best buying experience I have ever had. Thoughtful, kind, prompt and professional.
