This was my third purchase from the Allbirds online store, so I guess they must be doing something right. This time I took advantage of their Winter Sale and was able to score a pair of Mens Wool Runners at a substantial discount. The shoes fit well, albeit that I have a high instep, so I just leave the top pair of eyelets unlaced - this is something I've found with my other Allbirds. I don't buy shoes online from any other retailer.

Easy to use web site with fast and efficient delivery. All in all a great experience. The shoes are exactly as ordered, fit well and are super comfortable:)
