Brooks did a fantastic job in helping me get the parts I needed for my bike. I really appreciate his customer service and due diligence.

My wife and I bought a recumbent bike and it is great. We have had it a couple of months now and really enjoy it. The ordering and delivery went very smoothly. It was delivered as promised, fully assembled. The delivery driver was kind enough to slide it into our foyer, as we are both partly disabled, and this allowed us to slowly open the bike and it is light-weight enough to roll it into place. I highly recommend this product.
