Main reason I bought your bike was for your white glove assembly. I bought it almost three months ago to use for therapy after knee replacement surgery. The brand I wanted did not offer assembly. Your bike was delivered to my garage a month after I ordered. I paid movers to move to my basement when winter hit because I needed the space in my garage. It still sits in my basement and the company you hired to assemble has rescheduled several times. They are supposed to be here today and even confirmed yesterday, but is now 3:30 pm and nobody has called or showed up. In hindsight I wish I would have ordered the sci-fit bike that I wanted. I will probably tell everyone I know about your product and your terrible customer service. I should be getting a full refund and get to keep your bike so I can sell it and get the bike I wanted in the first place.
