They wanted to delivery curb side. Ridiculous. I was willing to pay delivery. Charges and I’ve did speak abounthat so surprised to be notified otherwise. Ido not reside at curb and have a new functioning elevator in my building. I would not buy another product because of this issue.

The instructions were a little difficult to understand, the way the handles and pedals attached to the front caused it to bind while in use, once my husband reversed that it know is smooth while in use. I reached out to the person who emailed me it was shipped about needing to reset my information in it and got no response and the instructions do not tell how it can be done. I cannot find where my information is stored, if it is being stored which defeats some of the purpose of purchasing this model, which cost more. Hope someone see's this and will respond with the information I need.

Rubber boot attaching to display did not fit through the cupholder top opening. The tail of it was too big. Tech help had no solution for me.

This unit delivered on schedule. The cardboard crate was damaged on two sides, but the inside packing was good such that the unit itself was in good condition with no damage.
