They were very helpful. Due to my misunderstanding in reading the instructions I got a bolt installed in the wrong direction and couldn’t get it out. When I spoke with them, they sent me a special tool and gave me instructions on how to remedy the situation. Now the Cycle Plus is assembled properly and We’re enjoying it. The special tool is now on its way back to them. A very good company to deal with!

I love this treadmill. We use it in our pediatric private practice physical therapy clinic daily. We see a lot of toe walkers, and the treadmill works well with the incline settings and the adjustable handles for clients of different heights and needs.

I received a damaged treadmill and they made it right plus some. Great company!
