Excellent Service

The recumbent cross-trainer provides a comfortable way for a seasoned citizen to get the cardio exercise that I needs maintain health and longevity. It also benefits my wife in her rehabilitation from knee surgery.

We have been using the trainer for close to six months. It does great at what it is for. I primarily use it for isolation exercises, as there is likely not sufficient resistance for a complex exercise, e.g. squat. Granted, I have never put it to the test in that manner. The machine is extremely versatile. The integrated bench folds out of the way, when not in use. The machine sits in the corner of the room, demonstrating not a large footprint. The machine adjusts easily, quickly, and smoothly. I've experienced no binding, or any other complications while adjusting it from one exercise to another. It is an excellent piece of equipment for a family. My elementary age children can use it. It is sturdy and well built. I actually wish there would have been some assembly required, as I scraped the back side of the machine while hauling it down the stairs (that side faces the wall anyway - I'll forget how I did it and blame the cats, I'm sure).
