As our son assembled the PhysioCycle he said it was easy by just reading and following the instructions step by step. It took him approximately 2 hours today. I have read the instructions and identified what I needed to get started. I am starting at the lowest resistance. It is easy to ride. Very quiet. This is my first day so I still need to learn the programs. It is nice looking and seems very durable. Reminds me of one I used at Physical Therapy. Very happy with it.

Purchase and delivery process was flawless. Have the unit set up unless you are mechanically inclined.
