Everyone was so helpful. The staff answered my questions immediately, and were with me all the way from purchasing my Physio Step LXT Cross Trainer through set-up in my living room. I can not thank them enough!

The site is thorough relative to product line, pricing and current availability. Contacting the company by phone very happily resulted in talking to a real human and my questions were answered professionally and completely. Heidi asked if I was a “senior” and immediately offered the discount. A positive experience with her in every way. Unless I missed it, a video to demonstrate assembly might be helpful, but perhaps difficult to prepare for every product requiring home assembly. Looked for one on YouTube but did not find there either. Regardless, we got it assembled in a reasonable amount of time and the bike seems to be performing as advertised. I did notice the product price appears to have been reduced since I purchased about one month ago. We are still happy with the purchase experience, quality of the product and excellent delivery service.
