I am very impressed with the physiocycle. Easy to use and a good quality exercise bike. I really like that it works arms and legs.

I purchased a used Physiostep MDX from a used sporting gods store in the Phoenix area. The machine worked well but made a very annoying and loud creaking noise while in use. The store sent a repair technician to make any needed repairs. He told me problem was the bushing that the seat post fits into. He cleaned and lubricated the existing bushing and said that I could either continue repeating the process or find a replacement bushing. He told me he tried to locate one but couldn’t. I’m not sure how he tried or if he did. I contacted HCI and told them what my problem was and was shown on a drawing the part and price. I ordered and paid for it and the busing arrived within one week. It was a snap to replace it and it solved the noise issue completely. HCI was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I needed . Very pleased with their response, and I love the Physiostep MDX.
