Love this machine. We are using it daily and it's helping us already. We were a little challenged with the assembly but managed to succeed.

I used one in PT and I decided I needed one at home. It's a great no impact full body workout. I am an 80 year old female.

I needed a recumbent elliptical for a person who weighed about 500 pounds and, frankly, it was available no place else--not even the retailers who carried the product online had this model. I got a better price at HealthCare International, free delivery and in excellent time by a very nice guy who brought it on a cart right up to he house. He was great. It was very well packed up, easy to unpackage, and bundled in separate boxes. We carried the small boxes and parts in easily. The main body of the machine had wheels and it was tipped up and rolled up to the door (three steps up with an awkward railing and screen door but we managed). Once we rolled the main body into the room we assembled it according to an unusually good set of instructions, pictures included, tools needed also included. The only part I had trouble with was the rubber sleeve that covers the wires going to the display. That they might want to discuss with their engineers or put in special instructions for it. Oh, and the wires were long enough to work with without too much hassle but a couple of more inches would make it a little easier to grasp. It works perfectly. We all had to try it out. It was easy for the 5'6" and the 6'4" persons. Easy on the knees, too. Uncomplicated to adjust. Heavy duty in every respect. We were particularly concerned about the seat but it it wide and sturdy; swivels easily. We are very satisfied. It's getting regular use. I recommend the product AND the company. I'll come here first next time I'm in need of equipment.
