Purchased the Hci PhysioStep LXT-700. Excellent Commercial Grade Stepper. Well designed and easy to use. Smooth and quiet operation with many features to choose from while exercising. Similar to the unit I used at Cardiac Rehab. Hci demonstrated that Product Quality and Customer Service is their number one goal!

The delivery guy was in some sort of mood. He didn't even try putting it where I wanted it to go. If this delivery requires more strength or manoeuvering then he should've accounted for that. As far as shipping time, very efficient and I love the bike.
