I bought the e-trainer AP for my 103 years old mother in August as she became less mobile and after her doctor told me her arms were getting stiff too. This machine is perfect for her! It is effortless for her but yet it moves her arms and legs as if she was biking and it makes her feel good about herself. She does twice a day in the morning and evening, her feet are less swollen and we were able to cut down her water pills. Greg is wonderful. He is very patient with my questions and helped me to select the right machine for my mom's use. Delivery is quick and product is easy to assemble.

Responded very quickly

We were taken care of very well. Even with the faulty lower unit, Greg was on the ball getting a replacement and walking me through the repair process. I would recommend HCI to anyone.
