I ordered in September 2021

I ordered in September 2021 and received my board in April 2022. The customer service rep I worked with was super fast to reply and helped assure me I would, one day, get a board. Long wait, but I expect there were many factors outside of Hala control. Unsolicited regular (monthly) updates would have been appreciated, just so I knew the order wasn't lost. Stoked on the board and can't wait for all the days on the water ahead.

Hala customer service is excellent, but the quality control issues with the stomp box has been a hassle.

Customer service could use improvement

I ordered a few accessories for my Hala Rival Straight up (I love it.) I did not receive any indication of shipping, so I contacted Hala and they gave me tracking information. It was sitting in my PO Box. I was waiting on this item and would have liked to have had it when it arrived. When I returned home from the post office, the shipping confirmation and tracking information was in my email inbox.

Hala does not return calls

Hala does not return calls or emails. Beware purchasing any product. If it fails you will not have a warranty if no one will communicate
