Great product - looks good. Delivery time with customization is a bit lengthy - that's an area where improvement would be a definite plus.

Only thing bad is it’s hard to get my lapel mic off the clip to the outside of my bunker gear quick. Other than that, it’s a great radio strap.

The radio strap embroidery was done very well, but I am missing the flag that I ordered. It was not in my delivery.
