It's very nice and lightweight! It doesn't glow a very long time if you're in the dark. It will regain glow after it's exposed to the light for a while. But I still love it over the leather one i had.

I believe the reflective and glow needs to be on the whole radio strap not just one side. other then that i love the strap just wish that impoverishment is fiz
