Great company. Only complaint I

Great company. Only complaint I have is I thought the bands were made in Sheridan Wyoming. I will be making large purchases of 50,000-100,000 bands at a time and was going to pick up locally once a year. I was unaware they came from China so shipping cost will add several thousand dollars to my orders. I ordered 5,000 and shipping cost was $650.

_Almost_ perfect

Everything from you has been great except for the darn 2x0. 5 inch bands on which someone thought it would be a good idea to emboss your company name along the band. That makes them snag under the metal bands I want to screw over them. :( It would be nice if there were a half-size 2. 5x5/8 inch band between your 2x0. 5 and 3x0. 75 inch bands that was a bit thinner than those (and _not_ embossed) and a 3. 5 size between your 3-inch cross and 4-inch H bands. (I'd also like to see a 4 x 7 inch box wrap to hold lids on opened #2 1/2 cans in addition to your current 6 x 9 that works on opened #10 cans. ) Why, you ask? Because I have found your Band Jos make fabulous "Can Jos" For example: Previously not reusable for canning with glass lids 1 pint amber glass lug-lid jars now able to be used with a Samco glass lid, rubber seal, and your 3" cross band turned into a jar bail to hold the lid on but allow venting during processing and create a seal after processing: XS Weck glass lids go on empty Mt Hagen coffee jars with snap lids using your 2-inch cross bands. Canadian Gem 78 mm glass lids go on empty US 77 mm peanut butter jars using your 4-inch H bands (although I'd really like those in 3. 5 inch instead, the 4 will work). And lots more, inclu. ding vacuum sealing recycled cans for food storage with other glass lids and Grifiti bands. My recycling bin may never fill up again, and I'll be spending a lot less on canning jars thanks to Grifiti. :) (Sorry, no photos. Your review form objects to the size of the ones I have, and I'm no photo editor. )

Needs another filter

Site needs filter by half-diameter. That one filter would make it all go better.
