Shopping was ok but eu site had very few options and accessories to choose from as many products were out of stock and I'm worried, how fast will these be restocked ? Whats the guarantee in current economical situation? Package was well designed, very nice looking 👌. Delivery pretty fast. EU site did not had much supporting videos to help to understand, how to clean etc. Only us was ok.

I am struggling to open the bottle so that’s the main reason you losing stars from me. Otherwise the filter is awesome clean water almost everywhere. Last but not least 24 oz it is great to have all day long refilling it.

Product is great, spare part too expensive. At least you could ship it for free
