Shipping was okay, but my product ist slightly damaged

The delivery from Germany took 2 weeks, Return shipping is expensive because it is only sent to Denmark

Crap delivery service will never purchase from you again . And I will tell anyone I can about my experience

I bougth the product for Xmas on Dec 9th, and they confirm on Dec 19th, the product 'just left Germany today'. So looking for a new Xmas gift for my son. . . it is a surprise when companies like this later complait why Amazon is taking the control of retail purchases, the answer is easy, good service compared to direct purchasing in cases like this.
