The product was sent out via Royal Mail: it couldn’t be delivered as the address was incomplete (I did send the correct address) Lucy helpfully gave me the option of a refund or she would try a resend. It worked so give Lucy a pay increase.

Highly recommend ultrapress bottle - has been used whilst travelling in South America. Confident in its function and have had no issues. Customer service team have been excellent with replacing a faulty product over the holiday season.
