The service from finding out which unit would be best to it arriving was friendly and efficient, in fact perfect, I cannot fault it. Having purchased my last unit over 6 years ago from them I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I have watched all relevant videos a few times, and even others that weren't but all informed and enjoyed. After the purchase being able to learn how to use the unit at your own pace in short to the point segments cannot be underestimated, this is a wonderful resource that has been put together by GPS training and covers every aspect of using a GPS unit.

The service I received from John, Lynn and the GPS Training team was outstanding - 6* in fact. I had several extended telephone discussions to identify the unit and mapping that would best meet my requirements. I chose the 66sr, which is currently the top selling unit. This was out of stock, but GPS Training said they would try and get me a device before my Scotland trip. They did get a unit, and I was able to pick it up from their base in Rothbury on my way through the North-East to Scotland. The device was all set up and ready to go out of the box. GPS Training also provide extensive device instructions that are much more useful than those provided by Garmin, supplemented by an extensive library of training videos accessible for 1 year.
