My order was quickly shipped. GPS Training later realised that they had sent the wrong item, notified me, and sent the correct item, together with a return envelope for the original item sent in error.

Excellent service: I had a query about an old map card which wouldn't work in a new GPS handheld. The response to the email was instantaneous; none of this " your query will be answered within five working days" Garmin!!! Jon was on the phone within minutes of sending the email. I ordered a new map card ,which arrived the next day. Brilliant , thanks
