Absolutely first class - I needed to make a change to my order and John was very helpful and friendly on the phone. The order arrived the next day and then when i needed a bit of assistance with the software side of things Andy was very friendly and knowledgeable and stayed with me on the phone until we had the issue resolved - never felt rushed. The online training resources are excellent, I felt like an expert by the time I first went out to use the device. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Had no problem buying the bronze support package ,after speaking with Andy at GPS ,it was great to speak with him again ,would recommend GPS to any body who likes to walk and to go hiking .Thank you .
