Had an outstanding order that was being fabricated and took some time for delivery. I called customer service and got a friendly chat with someone at Gorila who indicated an email would come shortly that the order would soon ship. Keep up the good work!

This is a great rack. Put together pretty easily but was a bit concerning as we had left over bolts (and customer service didn’t answer our email). Very sturdy. Also found that you can easily store the pull up bar on the cross beam when the rack is folded.
