Terrible customer service really comes down to it - two weeks to change the barbell that was on sale on the website to reflect my bill and sent wrong hardware and had to use Facebook to get you to answer me because customer service helpline didn’t work great product but man wish I ordered from rogue instead

My package was lost and never found after 2 months... Unfortunalty, I had a repayment of the item.

The plate stacker itself is great. But the customer service was sub par.
