Great service

I purchased one of the games used Concept2 ErgBike. Once the games finished, bike was loaded right up and shipped off. Unfortunately, the phone holding rod as part of the new mods for the PM5 screen was left off. Attempted to send in an email about it, but no response.

We recently received our new Jammer arms from Gorila and think that they are great and a really under appreciated value-add. Great quality and design. Very convenient and useful, I recommend them! The only drawback is that the plate holders are 1.9" in diameter instead of the standard 2 inch so our collars won't fit and the plates slide off. Gorila does sell collars that fit though they are not included or mentioned. They are roughly $60 per pair but we picked up something similar that works from Fitness Depot for $5. Apart from the minor irritation regarding the collars, we are thrilled with the product and highly recommend it!
