Purchased a set of weights

Purchased a set of weights where one pair was excluded from my order. Called and was told that the set I purchased only came with 10 pairs of weights and that the info on the internet would be updated. To replace the missing ones they sent me a pair of 12 pounds. Now that the information is updated, the missing weights are 20 lb.

Multiple delays, have yet to receive the wall...

Well where to start, we tried to order the traverse wall back in early June so it would be ready when the kids arrived this new school year. However, there first was a mix-up on our end or Gopher's with the purchase order form. The check was received by Gopher but they could not find the purchase order form. Like I said, either we didn't send the P/O and just the check or it was misplaced on Gopher's end. I checked in about a month later and discovered all this and that the order had not gone through. The representative that I talked with was apologetic and helped us submit the order right then and there. Shipping was estimated at 4-6 weeks which on the early side would have the wall arriving the day the kids came back to school. The representative let me know it probably would be more towards 6 weeks since our mats were colored burgundy as opposed to the standard blue. Unfortunate and I wish someone from Gopher had reached out to let us know a check had been received but no purchase order, but things happen. August 15th rolled around and we received another email from Gopher saying it was delayed until August 31st. I sent out an email on the 31st to check if it had been shipped and got an email back saying it's shipping date had been delayed again until the 14th of September. I emailed back saying it was a little frustrating at this point asking the reason for another delay and what our options were at this point in time. Response: Apologizing profusely just as previous emails and phone conversations and no reason known for the delay as the order is contracted out to a 3rd party. Possible explanation given: our mats are burgundy. The first few years we ordered from Gopher mostly because their shipping was quick and they delivered what they say they offer: "innovative, high quality, and durable products." The past two years, not so much. We've had a couple other orders where either wrong items were shipped, there were shipping delays, or the items were just poor quality. You might say only a couple orders in two years that's pretty good. Context: in one year we'll typically make two orders. One at the end of the school year preparing for the next and the second order around January. So two years = four orders. 2/4 orders = 50%. So, a coin flip? I will say the customer service reps have been pleasant, helpful and much appreciated. Though at this point, I'm a little confused as to why Gopher has a logo that says Unconditional 100 % Satisfaction Guarantee. What does a 100% satisfaction guarantee mean when you don't deliver as a company? It sure looks good on the logo but they're just words with no backing. Again, things happen and mistakes will be made. Unfortunately, this seems to becoming a trend and I'm disappointed in how Gopher has handled this situation. I have a hard time coming up with reasons to continue ordering from Gopher. There are plenty of competitors out there that deliver the same innovative, high quality products. The only downside is you may have to wait a bit longer for shipping although the way Gopher seems to have been trending there may not be a difference in that either.
