When information for my mailing address was missing on my order, I received a call (and email), promptly so I could fill in the info and my order could be processed quickly. The online site was fine. I have been waiting now for over a week for my order. FedEx keeps delaying my delivery. So many different reasons. I wanted to use the straps I ordered for my classes. Very disappointed in the delivery of my order.
