The customer service was very professional. The shoe photo I received on my order confirmation was not the same as what I actually ordered. I called customer service and I spoke with a very helpful staff member. Apparently they have some fine tuning needed on their end. He said it happens all the time, but does not reflect a wrong item ordered Over all, my experience was great!

For anyone that has long hair its the best.

I was happy to receive free shipping. If I want to purchase something on line, if they don’t have free shipping, I don’t buy. Also if I have to spend X amount of dollars for free shipping, If I can’t meet the $ amount, I wait until I see something else I need then purchase the item.
