Great customer service. There was a mistake in my shipment but they more than made up for it and responded very quickly!

Team GoHunt is awesome, from price matching, to making sure bonus points were awarded properly, draw strategies, gear selection, and everything else hunt related these people take great care in customer service. I am so happy to a member of such a great organization. The information that they put forward about all aspects of hunting has immensely helped me as a new hunter!!

GoHunt is awesome! First is making an update to the website in the middle of application season. This is the time everyone is using your site looking at odds to apply. Made it a little confusing. I’m in the middle of making the transition from OnXmaps to GoHunt maps. The maps are great and have a few advantages over OnXmaps but the only think I don’t like is on GoHunt maps the creek names don’t stick out as much. You really have to zoom into look at what creek names are or any water. Another thing that makes it difficult to switch from OnXmaps to GoHunt maps is the time and effort in waypoints I have spent on OnXmaps. I have 1800 waypoints that I just moved over to GoHunt but none of the waypoints are what they were on OnXmaps as for like glassing spots, or bedding areas, or elk that I have spotted in the past. It’s just a dot on a map now and with that said it’s going to take me several hours to change all those dots into previous scouted areas with other waypoints. This is positive feedback to make GoHunt think about things. You guys are doing a great job.

Talked with customer service over the phone they fixed and issue within mins without a question, Go hunt is hands down the best in the business!

I love goHUNT. Good stuff and good prices. Fast shipping too. I know there is a supply chain shortage for everyone but if I had one suggestion it would probably be to have more availability of certain items. Or at least if something is out of stock a tag that says more arriving on this date. If I don’t know that you’ll ever get more, I will go buy from somewhere else. But I would prefer to buy from you. I would buy arrows from you guys too if you had a larger selection. Obviously filtering 2.0 is my favorite. I love the map, I no longer use OnX. State refs is an easy resource to reference. Honestly goHUNT is my first stop. Keep it up I’ll purchase a subscription every year no doubt!
