My order arrived with a locking mechanism that I couldn’t get to work after following the instructions. I reached out to customer service and they send a replacement. The locking mechanism works great and the muscle roller is perfect for rolling out thighs and IT bands.

Great product in the Halo device. Will be looking forward to trying their other products.
