This device is outstanding. Immediate relief, and I continue to find new areas where it relieves tension. My first device broke after only 3 uses, but customer service quickly sent a replacement; a new version on which several improvements were evident. This one's just as effective but is easier to use than the first one.

Great product only issue is it's hard to put the upper ones on by yourself
