GREAT PRODUCT!!! If I have any complaint, and its minimal, but wish the upper back pads stuck better. I think its just the sheer size and the fact they come folded. However, machine wise, customer service, shipping and price, it is the best product I have purchased in a while.

I love the various pad each part of the body and the programmable sessions.

As an educator standing for long hours, I use it in my free time to unwind and stretch my back. I even gifted one to my colleague and she loved it.

The unit works great and the support is incredible!

Easy to order and the communication around shipping and delivery was great! Very well packaged also
