My entire family of folks with bad backs LOVE this thing. The massage is customizable and it really does work for many different shapes and sizes. Our only suggestion for improvement is to sell an inclined platform for it to sit on for those who have difficulties laying flat.

I was looking for an affordable option for a decompression table and this one hit the mark. When we got it, my husband and I both tried it. It was painful at first but we realized we needed to adjust our bodies to the table to make it more comfortable. The key is aligning your tailbone to the rollers at the bottom of the table. He’s 6 ft and I’m 5’6”. Once we got adjusted correctly, the table provides much needed relief to our backs and necks. It also stores easily. What a game changer this was for us!
