I feel like you guys should separate your customer service and your shipping department because apparently your shipping department is lousy at their job. Your customer service did resolve my issue and luckily I did pay for the shipping guarantee which helps but the fact that I waited two weeks for a resolution is pretty crazy. I live in Boise and your companies in Lehigh. I literally could’ve walked there and picked up my stuff and walked back.

I have really enjoyed most of the products. They have been relaxing and pain releiving. With the exception of one order that went astray all deliveries have been on time.
