These chairs are great! Comfortable sitting position plus rocking. They fold easily and the clasp is just the right length to “batten down the hatches”. One thing I would say if asked for an improvement thought is that the shoulder strap - I love the fact that it’s built-in to the chair, yet it seems to tend to want to slip off my shoulder while carryigng multiple things to a ballfield. Maybe a bit of a grippy pad on the strap to help hold in place? Customer service is in a league of their own; when we found a problem they made it right! Thank you for literally changing the game when it comes to outdoor seating!
