Very impressed with your customer service. I sent an email when our chair broke with photos. It was late on a Friday evening so I figured it would be mid week before I heard back. Monday morning we received a confirmation of you receiving my email. Friday afternoon I had a new chair at my front door ! That is by far the GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have had anywhere in a very long time. I will forever by your merchandise! Very grateful customer!
