Waited 2 weeks while watching
Waited 2 weeks while watching tracking, sent email on not receiving products, with no response. Called contact number a few days later, male answered phone, "hello", I had to ask if this was freshbaitz, to make sure I had the right number. Went over shipping, tracking, issue. I was given a bunch of excuses, no offer to start a claim with usps, no offer to reship order, Just a lot of attitude, and terrible customer service. I told him, it was ok, I would just contact my credit card company, and wished him a good day. He immediately called back, berating me. I went over it was their contract with the shipper, and I couldnt do anything with usps. He then threatened me, "We have your email (the one they didnt respond to), where you know there was a shipping issue, we will give that to your card company, and they will refuse the back charge to us". I ended the call there, the next day, low and behold, a missing mail search was started on tracking. That was 11 days ago, and I still dont have the products. This was my second order with them, I do like the products but, the customer service, and this event soured me on them. I will not be ordering again, and I will tell others, if they ask my experience.
