6 days between the order and the shipment, that’s really a shame. Even worse before Christmas. The product itself is great. Take care if you need to remove the freehub, the locknut is so overtightened that you are mangling it. I had to bring it to a bike shop to get it loose. According to Reddit, I am not the only one.

I still have not received the unit, as the shipping agency is horrible.

I never received my package and FedEx told me yes but I received nothing. I ask to wahoo team to help me and show me the evidence cause FedEx don’t answer to me. Wahoo The Customer service did not help me ! And they did not read the history of the situation

I have a terrible experience with a Wahoo purchase. I bought a Kickr on July, 11th and it was defective. I waited 1 month to return it and to have a new one but the new one was also defective ! I asked for an exchange or a reimbursement but I had no concrete answer since August, 14th. What a shame from Wahoo to sale low quality products and I am very disappointed with the support
