Disappointed !
I placed an order on 27/11/21 for one repacked Kickr Core.
After unpacking, I noticed that several parts were missing (quick release axle 9mm + bolts).
I informed the after-sales service on 2/12, which confirmed on 3/12 that an order had been placed to send me missing parts (request #1315520).
Today is 27/12 and despite several reminders, I still have not received these parts.
As a conlusion, it has been almost a month since I got this trainer and I cannot use it.
Despite a Tickr sensor received as compensation, I am now very disappointed with Wahoo and frustrated not to be able to use my trainer.
The only suggestion I can make is to return this Kickr and hopefully get another one complete.
