PURCHASE NEVER RECEIVED NO HELP FROM WAHOO AND FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE

I never received my package and FedEx told me yes but I received nothing. I ask to wahoo team to help me and show me the evidence cause FedEx don’t answer to me. Wahoo The Customer service did not help me ! And they did not read the history of the situation

Terrible experience

I have a terrible experience with a Wahoo purchase. I bought a Kickr on July, 11th and it was defective. I waited 1 month to return it and to have a new one but the new one was also defective ! I asked for an exchange or a reimbursement but I had no concrete answer since August, 14th. What a shame from Wahoo to sale low quality products and I am very disappointed with the support

Disappointed !

I placed an order on 27/11/21 for one repacked Kickr Core. After unpacking, I noticed that several parts were missing (quick release axle 9mm + bolts). I informed the after-sales service on 2/12, which confirmed on 3/12 that an order had been placed to send me missing parts (request #1315520). Today is 27/12 and despite several reminders, I still have not received these parts. As a conlusion, it has been almost a month since I got this trainer and I cannot use it. Despite a Tickr sensor received as compensation, I am now very disappointed with Wahoo and frustrated not to be able to use my trainer. The only suggestion I can make is to return this Kickr and hopefully get another one complete. I remain at your disposal.
